1. Accepted payment methods
The following payment methods are offered in the checkout:

Digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay appear depending on your device and browser. The methods actually offered for your order are shown in the checkout before you complete the purchase.
2. Currency
All prices and payments are in US dollars (USD). The currency shown in the store is the currency charged for your order.
3. When your payment is taken
Your payment is taken when you complete the checkout. Your order is prepared for dispatch once the payment has been confirmed. If a payment fails or is declined, the order is not confirmed and no amount is taken; you can place the order again with a different payment method.
4. Billing details
Your payment provider displays the transaction details on your statement. If you have a question about a charge, contact info@heartordinary.com with the amount and date.
5. Sales tax
Where sales tax applies to your order, it is calculated and shown separately in the checkout before you complete the purchase. The tax depends on the delivery address and the rates that apply there.
6. Security
The store is delivered over an encrypted connection, and payments are processed by the payment providers named above. We do not see or store your full payment details; those stay with the payment provider.
7. Refunds
