Shipping policy

Shipping information for orders placed through heartordinary.com.

1. Delivery area and cost

We deliver within the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

2. Processing and delivery times

Handling takes 1 to 2 business days and transit takes 3 to 7 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 4 to 9 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

The order cut-off is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York, EST/EDT). Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays enter processing on the next business day.

3. Confirmation and tracking

Your order confirmation is sent by email. Orders are packed and dispatched by an external fulfillment partner. After dispatch, we email you a tracking link for your parcel. Keep your order number for any delivery enquiry.

4. Address changes and cancellations

Check your delivery address before completing checkout. To request a change or cancellation before dispatch, email info@heartordinary.com with your order number and the correct details.

5. Delivery issues

If a parcel is damaged, missing or marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact info@heartordinary.com with your order number. Include photos of damage where relevant. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we provide a refund without requiring a return. For a missing parcel, we work with the carrier to resolve the case and arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed loss.

6. Sales tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
