How do I order?
Select a color and size, add the item to your cart and complete checkout. You can order as a guest. We email your order confirmation after purchase.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact info@heartordinary.com with your order number before dispatch. After dispatch, the return and exchange process applies.

How do I follow my parcel?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. You can also view orders in your customer account. For help with a delivery, contact info@heartordinary.com with your order number.
Returns and exchanges
How do I return or exchange an item?
Contact info@heartordinary.com within 30 days of delivery. You arrange and pay for the return shipment for a change-of-mind return or size/color exchange. There is no exchange fee, and replacement shipping is free; customer support confirms the replacement size or color before dispatch. Defective or damaged items are refunded without a return.
When will I receive my refund?
For an eligible return, the refund reaches your original payment method within 7 calendar days after we receive the returned item. This period includes inspection, processing and payment-provider posting time. We email you when the refund has been processed.
