Size or color replacement: Request one free replacement per ordered item within 30 days of delivery. Keep the original item; no return is required. The replacement and its shipping are free. Contact us with your order number and preferred size or color so we can confirm the replacement before dispatch.
Return for a refund: Request a return within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return shipping.
Defective or damaged items are refunded without a return. For eligible returns, the refund reaches your original payment method within 7 calendar days after we receive the returned item, including processing and payment-provider posting time.
